The people behind SWOTBuilder

Built by people who care about making strategy actually usable.

SWOTBuilder did not start as a branding exercise. It started from a very practical frustration: too much strategic thinking disappears into workshops, slides and scattered notes. We wanted to build something lighter, clearer and genuinely useful in real team settings.

What we believe

Good strategy work is rarely blocked by a lack of ideas. It is usually blocked by clutter, fragmentation, lost context and tools that make everything heavier than it needs to be.

That is the problem SWOTBuilder is trying to solve.
How we work

A small product mindset with a very practical bias.

We care about products that feel clean, fast and thoughtful. Not because “good UX” sounds nice, but because teams think better when the tool gets out of the way.

Practical over performative

We prefer useful workflows over complicated features that look impressive but add friction in real sessions.

Clarity over clutter

We believe strategy tools should create shared understanding, not more noise, admin or visual overload.

Momentum over theory

Analysis matters, but only when it helps teams move. That is why we care so much about the bridge from SWOT to action.

Why this product exists

SWOTBuilder was shaped by the reality of how strategy work often happens: workshops with energy, post-its with promise, and then a slow fade into forgotten documents.

We wanted to create a place where SWOT analysis stays alive, where collaboration feels natural, and where strategic options can be developed without switching between five different tools.

What we are trying to build

A strategy workspace teams can start using immediately
A cleaner path from SWOT insight to TOWS strategy
A product that stays lightweight even as features grow
A tool that feels professional without becoming heavy
