From workshop mess to a clearer strategic workspace.
SWOTBuilder started with a very practical observation: teams often do the right strategic thinking, but inside the wrong tools. Whiteboards are great for energy. Spreadsheets are good for lists. Slide decks are useful for sharing. But none of them are great at holding the full thread from insight to decision.
The problem we kept seeing
Strong discussions during workshops. Weak continuity afterwards. Findings lived in screenshots, comments, decks and follow-up documents, but rarely in one place people actually kept using.
The shift we wanted
A workspace that stays useful after the session. Something simple enough for live collaboration, but structured enough to support reflection, strategy mapping and export.
What SWOTBuilder became
A clean platform where SWOT boards, TOWS strategy mapping, collaboration and AI-assisted input all live together — without turning the product into heavyweight enterprise software.
